required standards.

can explore and interpret self-assessed and 360° feedback
results using Assessor’s graphics and transfer
learning priorities to a personal development plan
(PDP). In due course, users can seek endorsement
from training providers and hold this in their Record
of Achievement.
Users can search for learning resources at anytime
using Performer's Learning Resources Database or find
learning resources available via the Internet.
Performer’s reporting facility can provide a
wealth of reports including training needs analyses
and skills audits at national, organisational, team
and individual levels.
